Heidi Martin, Hearing Instrument Specialist, is committed to helping those with hearing loss stay informed and updated on the latest hearing aid technology and works with them and their families to find the right solution for each unique lifestyle and type of hearing loss.

Traci Welsby

Patient Care Coordinator

Traci Welsby has been a patient care coordinator at Preferred Hearing Aid Center for 13 years. She enjoys helping people with their hearing aid needs and maintenance. She likes building a relationship with the customers. I strive to provide the best customer service to our clientele.

Bailey Martin

Patient Care Coordinator

Bailey Martin is attending college at Fort Hays State University studying Sport and Exercise Therapy in hopes of becoming a physical therapist. She has always been passionate about providing care and prioritizing the well being of others.

Raegan Shaw

Patient Care Coordinator

Raegan Shaw is a college student at Wichita State University majoring in social work. As a patient care coordinator, she takes pride in helping patients with their needs which include fixing hearing aids and scheduling appointments.
